XpertStart uses Stripe Payment Gateway for online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions for thousands of merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Stripe gateway are secured payments.

* Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
* Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by XpertStart or any outside party.
* All transactions are performed under 256-Bit SSL Certificate.
* All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Stripe's bank-grade data center, further protecting your credit card data.
* Stripe is an authorised third-party processor for major banks.
* Stripe at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by XpertStart.

Delivery Policy

Digital Products

* Digital products are delivered via email or direct download
* Delivery typically occurs within 1-2 weeks
* Complex custom projects may take 2-12 weeks depending on project scope

Physical Products (Business Cards, Marketing Materials)

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

* We will attempt to send your goods once completed and approved for printing or manufacturing
* Delivery via Courier/Postage within 5-7 working days
* If goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer

Upon order placement, an automated confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Our team processes and prepares your physical goods carefully to ensure quality and timely delivery. While we aim to dispatch within 5-7 working days, occasional delays may occur due to production requirements or availability of materials.
